How much will it cost and how long will it take?

IncWebs will pick your brain and create a set of specifications for your web application. Those specifications will include a price quote, payment requirements, and a project timeline. Upon receiving acceptance of the specifications and a deposit, the project will commence according to the timeline.

What can I expect during development?

We will give you updates according to the timeline, occasionally ask for clarifications on the specifications, and periodically show you demos of portions of the application to get feedback. Project phases include:

• Alpha version complete: Testing with fake data
• Beta version complete: Start using new program in production, usually in parallel with old system.
• Production: Application complete
• Growth: adding new modules and functions as needed

How can I get changes made to the application?

Incwebs has supported several customers for over ten years; their employees and management change, but we remain a consistent presence. When your business needs change, we'll work with you to write up a "change order," which is treated like a new mini-project with a fixed price. Or, some customers prefer Incwebs bill by the hour for actual work performed. We always respect your budget and your needs.
